Started as a welder and machinist. Progressed through engineering into process optimisation. The common thread: how do you get systems that don't talk to each other to actually work together?
After 8 years and 30+ metal companies, I know what works in practice — and what doesn't. Which integration crashes at the first update. Which system operators will sabotage. And why that polished demo won't hold up when a rush order lands on Friday afternoon.
That's what I do now: build the bridge between office and shop floor, between ERP and machine, between promise and reality.
How I work
I work across Europe, with a focus on Benelux and DACH. In Dutch, English, and German. Sometimes that's a two-day workshop. Sometimes a three-month engagement. Always tailored to what you need.
